Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or participate in an auction. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account and shipping information.
Auctions and Buy Now
A bid is a commitment to purchase the listed physical product if you are the highest bidder when the auction ends. Bids cannot be canceled after submission. The anti-sniping system may extend an auction when a bid is placed near its scheduled end. A confirmed Buy Now purchase ends the auction, subject to the brief undo period shown in the app.
Payment, shipping, and products
Winning bidders and Buy Now customers pay the order amount directly to the driver of the express delivery company when the order is delivered. PerfumeX does not process or collect this payment in the app. Delivery availability, timing, and charges depend on the delivery location and order. Product condition, size, concentration, images, and other listing information form part of the offer. Contact Customer Support promptly if an item does not match its listing.
Fair use
Do not manipulate bids, create duplicate accounts to evade controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use PerfumeX for fraud. We may restrict accounts or investigate activity to protect users and auction integrity.
Account termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Account deletion does not remove obligations that were completed before deletion where retention is required by law.
Service availability
We work to keep PerfumeX accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures, third-party services, or events outside our control may interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
